location where emails are stored

Well can some one tell where emails are stored on exchange server before they are retrieved from outlook of a client PC. Is there a way to locate some emails which has already come to mail server and we can avoid to be delived it to user. Well we had a crisis. There is a continous recieving of emails from one specific address. We had put mail filter but still it keeps coming. Probably these mails are already in the server and keeps coming. May be after putting filter server will not recieve it further from outside but what to do with emails already recieved in the server. What is the location where these emails are stored on the server till they are not retrieved from client outlook

Do you know how to run Exmerge? Exmerge is designed to pull emails out of the priv.edb, where they are stored. You can scan the entire site or just certain mailboxes.
