Location of Print Servers in a SBC/WAN environment

I have a CITRIX Farm that is located in Head Office and have users that are located around the country that connect to the FARM over a WAN. I would like to know from your experience where you think the optimum place to locate my Print server is

1. in Head Office beside the CITRIX servers
-or-
2. in the Office the other side of the 128K WAN link on the same LAN as the users

WAN links vary between 64K and and 128kb/s.
