Location of Evaluation forms

We have NICE 8.9 call logger system and and I'm trying to find out how evaluations are stored. Are they stored as separate files and if so which server(CLS?). I woukd like to locate the exact location of the files. I dotn need the basic template or form. I need to find out where all of the evaluations are kept which are completed on a daily basis for backup purposes.

The evaluations are held in the CLS. Isn't this backed up as a matter of course?

The forms are stored in the SQL database. Every form you create, starts a new table in the Nice_CLS database. The forms all start with F_FormName. These are backed up by the nightly backup of the SQL server.
