[Alt]+[F11] brings up the VBEditor. If there isn't a panel on the left that resembles windows explorer, press [Ctrl]+[R] to open it. From there you can browse through the different objects that might contain a macro: Workbooks, Sheets, Modules and you can also see Forms.
Is that what you mean?
Oh, if you're getting a message like "Do you want to enable macros" and you can't find any, make sure to remove any and all modules.

You are right I am getting a message that asks to enable the macros. So I have to find out where they are first. Some of the spread sheet I did not make, and I know I did not put any in my part.
From the PE (Project Explorer), as anotherhiggins specified, right click any Module, Class Module and UserForm, right click them and select remove. Click No on the resulting message box if you do not wish to save/export them. The only other thing you need to do is expand everything in the PE (for that file/project). Then double click all of the sheet modules and the ThisWorkbook module. Delete all code you see. Once you do that, save the workbook, close and re-open.
