Locate SCSI command failed

Welcom.
I have from time to time problem with drive index 1 (only). Last problem: in Drive index 1 was error and the robot didn't put out the tape from this drive, so the backup next day didn't go. NetBackup wrote in logs: "client backup was not attempted becouse backup window closed". I canceled the working policy, and try backup manualy - it go ok.

What can I do, to do Netbackup 5.1 and Overland NEO2000 work well together and eliminate SCSI problems?

Any service ocntracts on this drive?

Maybe you can get the vendor to have it replaced or checked out at least?
