Locate by IP

I have Passport 8600's for my core switches and Nortel Baystack 460's in my closets. Is there a tool or way to locate a device by IP address or MAC address? Occasionally I need to locate devices whether due to viruses or inapproprate usage. If I could find the port it would be great. I have many VLAN's, so I can at least narrow it to a few areas.

I have OSM, OPS and NMS (though OPS and NMS are not installed yet).

Install ENMS, it has a tool to locate end-nodes called end-node locater.
