locate an Outlook VBScript

I am trying to see the script behind the Update Now button in the Outlook Contacts, Distribution List screen. I want to create the same button on the main Outlook toolbar that will work for all distribution lists at the same time.

I'm obviously not so familiar with VB but thought I could manage to tweak existing code. Do you think I'm overly ambitious and can you help me find the code?
