localpw diff after cfg applied 470

I have a boss3.1 pure stack (FW:3005 SW:31078)that I just restored with a recent config file. All is well except the localpassword is not what it was before. I can access through dev mgr using snmp but what did it do to the local pw. Anyone else experience this.

This rings a bell. Check the release notes for BOSS s/w there is a bug that sounds like your problem.
