In my network, we use large centralized fax machine. These machines are scanners and printers as well and the model is Kyocera CS-5050. I run Terminal Services as well and the faxes are only installed on the server and then used by all the thin clients. It works fine for everyone exept for one of the employees. One of the fax jobs stalled and is blocking further jobs, making it impossible for this user to fax.

I tried to remove it from the Kyocera print cue, but the program crashes before I can do so. Since everyone else faxes just fine, I can't remove it from the spooler folder either since there is nothing there.

Where are these print jobs locally stored in his profile? I need to be able to remove them in order for him to be able to fax again, and I don't want to reinstall the drivers and start from scratch.

Hopefully this made some kind of sense. Thanks.
