localhost and mysql

Hi, I just installed php4, apache, and mysql on my computer.

I got php to work and mysql to work. I howe ever can't get myphpadmin to work. When I open up I get the following error.

I then opend up my error log and this is what I got. [Sat Feb 22 16:50:24 2003] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of script headers: f:/inetpub/scripts/php/php.exe

This is what I've in my config file for myphpadmin.
