Hello everyone. I am setting up an intranet for my company. I have the site set up using IIS 5.0/Server 2000. When I try to access it using localhost:portnumber I get the "You are not auth. to view this page 403-forbidden" error. I get the same error when using servername:portnumber from another computer. The site files are located in a shared directory on an XP system on the same network. I have changed the permissions on the share and the account that IIS uses to access the shared folder. I have used anon access and windows integrated authentication. Always the same error. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Never mind...simple fix. My default page was set to default.htm instead of index.htm. Once I added that to the default page list it came right up.
