Local user groups on a pc

Hi

I have most of this code writen. the code will find groups on a local pc and output them to an spread sheet....Can some one point me in direction of some code to get the members of these groups and how to out put them.

that looks okay but what i really need is a recursive script to look at a folder grab the member and groups and the drop down further into the folder structure. is that possible ?
 

You are all over the place here, first you want to enumerate group members of a local system and now you are talking about folders. What do the two have in common?

If you are looking to identify which groups have rights to folders on a workstation or server, then use XCACLS which will produce a report for yo of an entire drive if you like.
