Hope someone can help me understand this alittle better.

I have a NT4.0 server with mixed client computers, most win98 and just acouple of 2000 and XP Pro computers we are just starting to bring in.

What I'm having troubles fully understanding is this: How can I have a user log onto the domain and yet have ful administrator rights to his local PC. I would like the user to have almost full access to the local PC while logged on the network.

Did I explaint that very well? hope so..

How about just adding the domain user account to the local PC's Administrators group using "User Manager". I know there are reasons why you might want to do this, but it may lead to some headaches down the road when users have full admin rights. Perhaps putting them in the local Power Users group would suffice.
