Just moved our workgroup to a domain. Tried to update profiles with info in posts here.
After an unsuccessful "Copy to" and then copy and pasting into the folder (failed, seemed to carry some but not all info over) I decided to go back to workgroup and delete the domain settings (folders) in my doc and settings folder.
Then, rejoined the domain, logged in as administrator and it created the administrator.domain folder as it should have.
Logged in with another user and it doesnt create a folder for the user like it did last time (user.domain). It seems to use my old folder(from the workgroup) and the start menu is blank, norton av and other programs dont start or have limited functionality.
Does anyone know how to solve this? or did I totally screw up?
