Local Time vs Server Time of report

When the report is ran the server datetime is returned to the report. Is there a function in Crystal 2008 or BO XIR2 that returns the local date time?

There is a function shiftdatetime(inputDateTime,inputTimeZone,outputTimeZone). You can look in the Help section for more detail.
