Local system account lost its authority/permissions

SQL 2000, Windows 2000 server.

Very strange - similar to my previous post, any job that has the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM account as its owner fails. LocalSystem will also not run the agent or any sp within SQL server.

What have I missed here?

Sussed it - simple really:

Somehow, the "NT Authority\System" windows account had been removed from the logins. I added it back and put it in the sysadmins group, and away we go :)
