Local Security Policy Lockout/Denial of Access

I have seen some hacking attemtps located on my dmz machine and after noticing this I am no longer able to access my Local Security Policys I have tryed several different things. Yes, I am logged in as Admin with full privleges there are no attribs set like read only or anything. I just can't seem to figuire this one out.
