I am setting up a Demonstration Laptop running Win98 and I want to show users what out crystal report looks like, but I don't wan't to dial in to our server. Is there any way to run the Viewer and display a "static" report? I have ran the report and saved it in rpt format but I cant get it to come up in the viewer.
Thanks

If CR is installed on the laptop you can save the report with data and open it in Crystal.

If you don't have CR installed you could use a compiled report.

These do not allow you launch from a browser, but do allow you to view the report. Ken Hamady
