We use Citrix - I ensure that the local drives are mapped during the Citrix logon process then all the users preview their print jobs in PDF format and print (which sends the job to the users' default printer). You can also use the more traditional approach of setting up default printers for all the users, although this requires a lot of configuration and administration.
