Local printer sharing over network

Hi

We have a W2K3 server with XP Pro users. Some of them have locally installed printers. My question is how do I give all the other users access to these printers, it worked on the NT4 envoirement but not since upgraded to W2K3.

My personal opion...use print servers rather than locally attached printers, it will save you so much hassle in the long term.

Thanks tried that option but not even the server was seeing them but have found a work around that works fine
