local policy problem can't log in !!!

Hi,

we just installed latest sp for windows 2000 on our server but we can't login anymore. The error is

"the local policy of this system does not permit you to login interactively"

what does this mean and how can I get rid of it???
Server is running fine but there is no way I can login into it to do anything ... can someone explain to me step by step what needs to be done?

You need to use ntrights.exe, and use the ability to change the rights on a remote machine:
