Local Outbreak remote site

Dear all,

I have a small question for you. I have a site running SCN, one IP500 in Belgium and one IP500 in the UK.

My question: is it possible to make an local outbreak? For example, if a belgian user calls a UK number I want to break out from the AVAYA in the UK and viceversa.

you can program a breakout button on the phones, when they press it it lets them choose which system to dial from

for all 0044 phone calls breakout in UK?
