local only directory

hello there,
i'm having a problem with deleting local only directory on the ISS. initially the customer had 2 3300 mxe controllers and decided to instal the server and had to migrate the existing exetensions (some extensions were local only DN) and retain the controllers for PRIs and dects and DNIs. now the ISS is clustered with the controllers and local only DN are read only. how can i delete them from the server
