I have about 15 pc's that will vpn into another company. Once they vpn, they loose access to the local network printer, which is correct. I have no control over the vpn software or the machines they are using, only my network.

How can I permit access to the network printer? Thx Eric

I think the client is called eras, I've never heard of it before but I'm trying to contact an admin. FYI I'm doing this remotely and blind. It was one of those "Hey, we need this done, make it work!"

Since you are VPNing into another company, then im assuming you do not have access to the Contivity box to change the policy.

In which case, you are stuck, as this is controlled by the VPN Admin at the other company

No I don't have access, but I will try split tunneling.
Guys thanks for the replies and I appreciate this.

For Nortel Contivity, Split tunneling is only configured on the VPN Server side. You, as a user, do not have the ability to enable this. You need to contact the admin at the company you are connecting to and ask them to set this up.

On the Nortel Server side they just need to create a new sub-group for your organization/logins and configure the policies.

nsantin, thx for letting me know. You just saved me a load of trouble.
