Hi,
I have SPS 2003, SQL Server 2000 and Win Server 2003. everything worked good until I had a problem about "SharePoint.SPException: Cannot connect to the configuration database..." I tryed to fix it and I changed Following things:
1.Application Pool Identity (Configurable from IWAM_MYPCNAME to MyDomain/Administrator)
2.Some permissions for users in my Database (SQL Server 2000)
Now I don't know what I have changed , I can not see my Portal any more it showes following when i browse to
