local & group policy creation in detail

we are having 50 windows 2000 professional systems with novell server , we want to restrict the users by applying local & group policy settings , but we dont know how to apply a local & group policy for all systems , now we are doing --- going to each & every system & editing the local & group policies . plz give a solution which can solve our problem in detail plz

You can't set the Windows local policies from the Novell server or clients, I'm affraid. Do you have a Windows 2000/2003 server by any chance?
