Local/Global Address Book

Does anyone know of a way to sync the Global Address Book to the Local address book?

When we add a new user, no contacts are in their local address book. They tend to add co-workers in manually.

The goal is that if Global stuff changes, the corresponding local address book entries for them change as well. We don't want it to sync the other way though.

I have Blackbery users who cannot see the GAL from their BB to look up cell phone numbers (they can get to e-mail). So if there was a way to sync, then all users would have the employee list in their Outlook contacts.

That defeats the whole purpose of the GAL. The idea is one set of information.

BB users should be able to see the GAL. Windows Mobile and iPhone users can, too.

According to RIM tech support, the user does not have the option of viewing the GAL for phone numbers...
