Our users are seeing different drives when they logon to a thin client device to when they logon to the Citrix Web Interface from a Windows XP client. If they logon from an HP Thin Client they see just one drive that allows them to see USB drives that they plug in but they don't see any other drives.
When they logon to the web interface from an XP pro box they see all of the local drives (on the client) including C: even though they cannot see C: if they look in my computer on the local Windows client system.
I did try turning off the 'Allow client drives' setting on the Citrix farm but this also prevented USB drives from showing in the Citrix session.
Can anyone suggest a way to prevent users from seeing the C: drive when logging into Citrix from a Windows XP client?
We use server 2003 with Citrix PS 4.5
Please ask if you require more information.
Thanks.
