Local Director and Active Directory Authentication

We have a pair of LocalDirector 416's trying to set them up for terminal server load balancing. Unfortunately passing Windows 2000 Active Directory authentication doesn't work, probably due to the NAT of the the kerberos authentication packets.

It has no problems with an NT4 domain.

Any ideas on a workaround?
