Hi everyone.
I recently came upon a request to route all long distance phone calls originating in our Option11 out a specifig Route to be handled by a different switch. But all locals calls should remain local and go out the local loop. I understand how to point an NPA to a specifing RLI, but how do i tell the prefixes that are local to go out the local loop and the prefixes that are not local to go out the long distance route. Ex. area codes: 206,253,360,and 425 are considered local calls. But only certain prefixes are local, some are some aren't. I have a list of the local dialing plan for the area, but how do i determine which NPA,NXX goes where.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
