you will need to get details of a sip providor first .
ie gamma or inet in the United Kingdom

i take it you are in the UK so you want to only dial the last 6 digit for local calls ? because if not just dial the local number in full including the STD code e.g if your local STD code is 01603 then all you dial is 01603?????? and the call will go through if you want to just dial the last 6 digits you will need to setup LCR to insert the local STD code as a prefix to the dialed number
