local calls on a checked out room 2400IPX

I need to be able to dial 1 specific number from a checked out room ...can this be done...if need be I can allow local calls on a checked out room

This explains how to allow 911 calls from a checked out room on an SV8500.
I believe the programming will work for the 2400 and also for other dialed numbers.

Once the room is placed in check out, it is also placed into room cutoff. No outgoing calls. You can probably request the operator to place the call for you and transfer it.
