Hi Folks,

We are a Romanian Telecom Limited Company based in Bucharest, Romania, who are operating the only PBX Realitis DX150E Dual Processor in Romania.
We had several partners in the past in UK, but most of them are now in pension, or their companies are no longer active on the Market.

In present we have some major problems with our System which we are not very sure we could solve them by ourselves, that`s why we will need some local assistance inhere on our site.
What we need in present is a very well qualified and experienced technician with these kind of PBX Systems to help us and give us technical assistance.

Here is our actual situation and presumably causes for our problems :

After the last evaluation made today the actual situation at our PBX Realitis DX150E Dual Processor is like it follows :

1. In Shelf 02 nothing works except the System card on Slot 14 and the Self Interface on Slot 15 - all the others are down - 14 EXTN cards on Slot 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28 - UTC card on Slot 17 - 4 ISDX 4 Ch PSTN TRK on Slot 18, 19, 20 21 - Network card on Slot 24.

We suspect the deformation of the bottom Shelf 02 plate, because all these mentioned cards after we push back into their Slots could be pulled out by hand not with the card extractor as it should and this could generate an imperfect contact into their conectors, leading to several errors displayed into the alarms list, or failing the data transfer between both processors CPU-A and CPU-B.

2. In Shelf 1 the System card on Slot 14 doesn`t work and because of these neither the automatic switching between CPUB to CPUA.

Same cause and because of these we blocked the AUTODUMP to avoid other problems to appear.

3. In Shelf 3 we have 2 EXTN cards with problems :
- on Slot 25 if we pushed back into the slot connector the card desynchronized the PRI card from Slot 24 and because of these we must keet it pulled out.

2 years ago, in December 2022, our local Telecom Provider made some works in their outside network and caused us a desynchronization of our PRI card Slot 24 with the Provider`s PRA and the only solution to solve this problem was to pull out an EXTN card from it`s slot – EXTN analogue card Slot 25.

3. On Slot 23 we had an deactivated card and after activated all ports on the card it didn`t work.

We have no supply voltage on the output analogue extension lines in the MDF. The output BERG connector is well fitted into it`s connector and the connection cable is also checked.

4. In Shelf 1 we want to install the Modem on the GPIO/ Modem card on Slot 08, but we don`t have the cable.

We would like to install our Modem for eventual further remote assistance and the possibility to access it remote from home.

In addition to the above mentioned problems we want to mention the fact that the Shelf 2 PSU is working well, all LEDs are green and the output voltages are well.

Attached you will find the PBX System actual topography, for a better understanding of everything I wrote you above and the PBX header identification file.

In the first stage we will ask you to enter through the AnyDesk program into the System to check by yourself all these things, to have an exact idea what`s all about and after these to establish when could you come inhere, in Bucharest, to help us solve all these problems.

Any travel and accomodation expenses, including your price for technical assistance, we are ready and willing to pay in full.

With my best regards,

Stefan Adrian Cristea
