The local area code has changed for one of my facilities. What changes need to be made in the definity. Do I only have to change the npa on the route patterns or is there some other place I need to make changes. The npa is not listed on the dial plan form.
Thanks

If you have ARS you'll need to add it there. Cha ars ana x (x is the first digit in your new area code) and enter the area code in dialed string, then 7 7 for Mn and Max, your route pattern that your locals use and hnpa for call type.

If you use ISDN, don't forget to check the ISDN public numbering format.

Make sure that you're sending the correct area code with your extensions.
