local app Vs. Network app

I have just finished rebuilding my citrix MF 1.8 box on a win2k server and can't run any apps through the client off the network. Only apps installed locally to the citrix box can I run. I can login to the console of the citrix box and run any app network or local however with the ica client I can only run local apps to the citrix box. I have gone into the sys properties and added the path to the app vai environment variables per Highland's advice however this didnt work. The app resides on a novell box. Any help would greatly be appreciated,

I presume your clients are being assigned their drive mappings from a login script....??? Is this running correctly when they login to the server...??? If you connect to the server using the client as administrator can you map to the novell server and run the app..???
