local and web differences

Has any one every had this issue? An attempt is made to filter records using a date record selection Parameter. However, records from the end date value are not returned on the web but are returned on the local copy.

for example
the parameter selects items based on the date the item was created up to the current date
on the local copy the current date selected shows but on the web it doesn't

Check the date of the web server?
