Anyone try to use this feature..?
Maintenance-main-maintenance-local alarm display.. Is it work relly..?
Anyone know if there is coresponding feature in grandstream UCM..?

I've tried.
It works. You should have a flexible key at your PT programmed as "System Alarm" key.
Can't say anything about grandstream.
