Local Administrators VIA GPO

On my local workstations in the Administrator group; windows automatically put the Domain\Domain Admins
Group within the Local Administrators Group. How can I within Active Directory Group Policy add another group like
Help Desk Admins

It's important to remember to specify every group and user that you want in the local group, any that you do not specify will be removed by restricted groups.
