Hello All,

I use TS to connect to a clients machine to pull some files that they put out there for us I would go to where the files were located on their system and copy and paste them to my system via the Network Neighborhood, I would open up network Neighborhood and my domain was there and I would browse to my pc and place them in a folder on my local C: drive. The client had a problem with the system repaired it and it was back up but now I cant get my domain to come up any longer. if I go to find computer I see my pc but I get no access to it. I have explained this to the client but they are blaming their vendor, the vendor is blaming them and I am without my files. Any suggestions !!!
