Hi Guys,
Can someone help me on this. I have a service provider and We have a problem on our isdn trunk. everytime someone calls us there is a prefix *LOC 7859664 appearing on our phone. The thing about this is that *LOC is appearing. We tried to conduct test calls together with the service provider end, but they still ensists that the problem is on the pbx side. They captured the logs from the trace same as me, on their end there's no *LOC but on my list trace tac or station there is *LOC.
Here is the sample trace I have conducted.
list trace station 68573 Page 1
LIST TRACE
time data
10:23:47 Calling party trunk-group 16 member 9 cid 0x2de5
10:23:47 Calling Number & Name 027568510 *LOC*02756851
10:23:47 dial 68573
10:23:47 ring station 68573 cid 0x2de5
10:23:51 idle trunk-group 16 member 9 cid 0x2de5
the CM version of my pbx is CM 3.1.4 with patch 01.4.642.1-14881.
Please advice if the problem is on the service provider's end or there are configurations or changes needed for the pbx.
Thanks,
Freedom12
