LoadRunner6.5/how to map the variable values from data files to VUsers 1

Hello All,

I m new to LoadRunner.Trying to work with 6.5 version.Can any one tell me how to map the values of a variable defined in the data file(which is generated by VirtualUser Generator) to multiple virtual users so that the users pick the values sequentially??

You can do that by using the Parameters feature in LoadRunner.

The concept is to define as many parameters as you need. In the VUGenerator, you can click on the Parameters button to do just that. Once the parameters are created, go to the script view of the script that you recorded. Highlight the text that you want to replace (make sure not to highlight the "value=" string. Just what follows it), right click, and select convert to parameter to select the parameter to use.
