loadmovie action

I have a site with 5 menu items.I want to use for each one the loadmovie action.My "principal" movie has 800*600 size and i want the other movies to appear on a left position....700*400 size...with a preloader.
Can smb please explain to me step by step how can i do this?

Why not read what the Actionscript Reference in Flash has to say about the loadMovie() action, try some stuff, then post again if you have a specific problem? Things tend to stay with you when you go to the trouble of learning them yourself.
