Loading then opening image from TListbox

I am fairly new to Delphi and I have version 7 Pro. I am wanting to load jpg images from a pre chosen directory to a listbox, then use the onClick event from the listbox to open the image. The OpenDialog is not the route I seek as this is app is for my wifes business to view customer hair styles, and my other option would be thumbnails for quick selections.
