Loading SIP Firmware on CP8941

Hi.

I have downloaded the sip firmware from Cisco website. I have copied the files to my TFTP server.
The CP 8941 connects to the TFTP server and looks for files that are not there. Do I need to rename the files?
Which file needs to be named what?
I only have .sgn files but the phone looks for .xml and SEPxxxxx.cnf.xml, XMLdefault.

Did you restart the FTP process on the CUCM? I think you have to do that first before the phones can download them.

I need to change the Phone from SCCP to SIP so that I can use it as a #rd party Sip phone on a non Cisco server. I don't want to connect to CUCM.
