Loading screen - waiting for a scene to load.

I want to have a loading screen that is displayed until a scene is loaded. In the actions menu I can only see actions for waiting until a certain frame is loaded or an entirely different movie. How do I make it wait until a seperate scene is loaded?

it would be the same actions..if frameloaded =last frame of scene 2> gotoAndPlay 1..else gotoAndPlay loader scene..off to school so not much time to explain..if you don't get your answer when i get in i'll help ya..
