Loading multiple .swf files from the first .swf file

How can I load other .swf files from the first? For example, I have a root .swf that is the "background" for the website. Each of the other .swf files are the "content" pages for the site. The entire site is of course Flash. I'm using Flash MX 2004 Pro.

It was by using both of those tutorials that I was able to create the site. I actually wanted to load the files after the first .swf had been preloaded. It's a moot point now because I have gotten all of the other .swf files below 10k and the load fast enough to not be noticed.
