Loading Motion Settings .pmt in PREMPRO

Ok.. I MUST be missing a button somewhere.
I was rolling along fine in premiere 6 with my video, now that i have Pro I CANT find anywhere to load my .pmt motion files into the video so i can keep doing the same "pic in pic" effect.
WHAT THE HECK?
was so easy in 6, am i missing a button?
PLS HELP
