loading more then just EXE ?

Hey everyone out there (or inside here in computer land!) .
I have done my bit of scripting , and learning new scripts.. But i still don't know how to load files other then .EXE . You know using F5 command... Is there a solution . Must be somethin' real easy or somethin' . (?)
