Loading Lists From Comma Delimited text files

I want to use comma delimited text files as the sources for the data I use at Page_Load time to populate a web page. I'm pretty sure I've seen references to an OLE_DB provider for text in the general ADO capability, but it looks like only a few providers are offered with ADO.NET data objects. Does that mean I can't do it or only that I have to code it? Does anyone know what a connection string looks like for csv?
