I have a web site that on the index page there are alot of swapimage behaviors. and when you click on them it opens a new window to show the product. but my problem is when you go back to the index it like reloads all the stuff and you have to wait again. Is there a way to make it not have to reload the images? Im am using macromedia MX suite to build the site.

this is the site im still working on it

It worked fine on my computer...no waiting after I open and close one of the links. It just runs in the background.

Cheers,

Depends on your browser settings... if you allow for a local cache, and do not update "every time the page loads", then you will get the effect you are looking for. As a designer, you probably shouldn't have that option checked though, because then you don't know if you're looking at a changed page or the same page as before.

You should definitely preload your images though, as that will prevent the "sticky" menu items which don't switch to the new graphic very quickly at first.
